Fhullbring Technologies LLC - Other Policies

In addition to our specific policies, the following "Other Policies" outline additional guidelines and rules that vendors and users must adhere to while using the Fhullbring Technologies LLC marketplace ("Marketplace"). These policies serve as a supplement to our Terms of Use, Vendor Terms, Privacy Policies, and Refund Policy.
1. Prohibited Activities
1.1 Illegal Activity: You may not use the Marketplace to engage in or promote any activity that is illegal, fraudulent, or violates any local, state, national, or international law.
1.2 Prohibited Content: The listing or sale of products or services that are obscene, defamatory, threatening, or otherwise harmful is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these standards.
1.3 Spam and Abuse: The use of the Marketplace to distribute spam, malware, or any other form of harmful content is prohibited. Any abuse of our communication channels may result in account suspension.

3.1 Ownership: All content, trademarks, and logos on the Marketplace are the intellectual property of Fhullbring Technologies LLC or the respective vendors and licensors. Unauthorized use of these assets is strictly prohibited.
3.2 Reporting Infringement: If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been violated on our Marketplace, please contact us with detailed information, and we will investigate the matter promptly.
4.1 Third-Party Links: The Marketplace may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Fhullbring Technologies LLC. We are not responsible for the content or practices of these third-party sites.
4.2 Third-Party Services: Any third-party services offered through the Marketplace are provided "as-is" and are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective service providers.
6. Dispute Resolution
6.1 Governing Law: All disputes arising from the use of the Marketplace shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida.
6.2 Arbitration: Any disputes between vendors and Fhullbring Technologies LLC will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules outlined in our Terms of Use.
7.1 Termination Rights: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Marketplace at our discretion, without notice, if you violate any of our policies or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to our platform or other users.
If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been infringed, please send notice to the address below or fill out this form. We may delete or disable content that we believe violates these Terms or is alleged to be infringing and will terminate accounts of repeat infringers where appropriate.
