1. No Refunds on Digital Products and Subscriptions

1.1 Digital Products: All sales of digital products purchased directly from Fhullbring Technologies LLC are final. Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds once the product has been delivered or accessed.

1.2 Subscriptions: Subscription fees are non-refundable. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the terms of the subscription, including the billing cycle and any applicable cancellation policies. Once a subscription period has started, it cannot be refunded.

1.3 Good Faith Resolution: While we do not offer refunds for digital products or subscriptions, we are committed to customer satisfaction. If you experience any issues with a digital product or subscription, please contact our customer support team. We will make a good faith effort to resolve the issue, which may include providing a replacement or offering technical assistance.

2. Refunds and Exchanges for Physical Products

2.1 Eligibility: Physical products purchased directly from Fhullbring Technologies LLC may be eligible for a refund or exchange. To be eligible, the product must be returned in its original condition, including all packaging and accessories, and within 2 days of purchase.

2.2 Investigation Process: Upon receiving your return request, we will initiate an investigation to determine the cause of the issue. This investigation may take up to 7 days. During this time, we may request additional information or ask you to return the product to us for inspection.

2.3 Refund or Exchange: If our investigation determines that the product is eligible for a refund or exchange, we will notify you of the approval and process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and exchanges will be processed for the same item, subject to availability.

2.4 Shipping Costs: You are responsible for paying any shipping costs associated with returning the product to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

3.1 Vendor Responsibility: For any products or services purchased from third-party vendors through the Fhullbring Technologies LLC marketplace, please note that Fhullbring Technologies LLC is not responsible for handling refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. Vendors operate independently from Fhullbring Technologies LLC, and all inquiries related to your order or booking must be directed to the Vendor.

If you need assistance finding this information, please contact us, and we will provide it to you. However, please understand that Fhullbring Technologies LLC cannot intervene in or resolve any disputes or issues you may have with a Vendor.
