Information we collect

• Contact information you give us: name, email, phone, mailing address
• Project/order information: what you tell us about a project, request, or purchase
• Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed — collected automatically
• Payment confirmation: for paid services, our payment processor (Stripe) handles your card details directly. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, not the card number itself.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiries and deliver the services you request
• To send you updates about a project or order you've started
• To send marketing communications, only if you've opted in
• To maintain the security of our Services

How we share it

We share information with service providers who help us operate (payment processing, hosting, email delivery) and only to the extent needed for them to do that job. We don't sell your information. We may disclose information if required by law. If you purchase a product or service from a third-party vendor through our 3P Store marketplace, we share your transaction and contact information with that Vendor so they can fulfill your order.

Data retention

Contact form submissions and any files you upload through a form on this site (Contact, 3P Store, FhullTask) are retained for 12 months from the date of submission, then permanently deleted on a scheduled basis — the same 12-month target we apply to routine application and audit logs. This is separate from the Website Starter and SAM.gov Opportunity Monitor retention periods described in their product-specific sections below, and from records we need to keep for an active project, order, or a legal or accounting obligation.

You can opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in those emails, or by contacting us directly. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, contact us using the details below.

Children's privacy

Our Services aren't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.

Website Starter — product-specific data

This section covers data handled specifically by the Website Starter service, in addition to the general practices described above.

What we collect: your intake form responses (business information, content, and requirements you provide), project assets you supply (logos, photos, copy, and other files for your site), and payment information when you purchase — processed through Stripe, not stored on our own systems.

Third parties involved: Stripe (payment processing) and Hostinger (hosting and domain infrastructure for your site). We share only what each provider needs to do its job.

Retention period: project/intake information and assets are retained 24 months after your Website Starter service ends, then deleted or minimized unless we need to keep them longer for an active dispute or legal reason. Billing and accounting records are retained 7 years or as legally required; Stripe remains the system of record for payments.

Rights-request process: contact support@fhullbring.com. Fhullbring (Mario) is the accountable privacy owner. We verify your identity before disclosing or deleting data, and we log and handle every request manually. Our internal target is to respond within 30 days, sooner where law requires it. Legal, accounting, or dispute records may be retained beyond a deletion request where necessary.

SAM.gov Opportunity Monitor — product-specific data

This section covers data handled specifically by the SAM.gov Opportunity Monitor service, in addition to the general practices described above.

What we collect: your name, email address, the NAICS categories you select, and your trial/subscription status (e.g. trial active, trial expired, subscribed, cancelled).

Third parties involved: Stripe (payment processing for the paid subscription), Brevo (email delivery of your daily digest), and Cloudflare (edge/security infrastructure). We share only what each of these providers needs to do its job — Stripe handles billing, Brevo handles sending your digest emails, Cloudflare handles request routing and security.

Retention: Non-paying trial records are retained 90 days after trial expiry, then deleted or minimized unless we need to keep them for abuse prevention, a dispute, suppression, or legal reasons. Paid subscriber service and account records are retained 24 months after service ends, then deleted or minimized unless we need to keep them longer. Billing and accounting records are retained 7 years or as legally required; Stripe remains the system of record for payments. Unsubscribe and suppression evidence is retained as long as needed to honor your opt-out. Routine application and audit logs are targeted for 12 months. Backups roll on a 30-day cycle, and deletions propagate as backups expire.
