Website Starter Service Agreement

1. When production starts

Substantive production begins when Fhullbring records and sends you a production-start notice. That notice goes out after payment, substantially complete intake, and Website Starter eligibility approval — immediately before customer-specific production begins.

Before that notice is sent, the $299 setup fee is fully refundable. After it's sent, the setup fee is normally non-refundable, since we're now doing customer-specific work.

2. Preview, review, and revisions

Once your preview is ready, you have 7 calendar days to review it and submit one consolidated round of revisions. Please gather your feedback into a single submission rather than sending it in pieces — that's what keeps delivery on schedule.

If we don't hear back

14 days with no response moves your project to on hold, pausing the delivery timeline. 30 days with no response and Fhullbring may archive the project. Archiving doesn't create a new refund entitlement, and it doesn't discard or reset the work already completed.

3. Maintenance requests

Once your site is live, submit maintenance requests through your usual contact channel. We acknowledge each request within 2 business days. That acknowledgement confirms we've received and logged it — it is not a promise of same-day completion or a specific resolution time.

4. Monthly service and cancellation

The $29/month plan covers ongoing hosting-related service after launch. You can cancel anytime — there's no minimum term. Your service continues through the end of your current paid billing period, and access ends after that. We don't generally prorate a partial billing period.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fhullbring's total liability arising out of or related to a Website Starter project is capped at the greater of $500, or the total fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

This cap does not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, infringement claims caused by Fhullbring, or breaches of confidentiality or data-security obligations.

6. Domain ownership and transfer

If you already owned your domain before working with us, it stays registered in your name and under your control the entire time — we never take ownership of it.

If Fhullbring registered a domain on your behalf, you have 30 days after your managed service ends to request a transfer. Transfers are subject to a $75 administrative fee plus the actual registrar renewal or transfer charges, any outstanding balance on your account must be resolved first, and registrar or ICANN locks may delay the transfer.

7. No guarantees of results

We build and maintain the site — we don't guarantee search rankings, traffic, leads, revenue, conversions, uptime, or any other business result. Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

8. How your approval is recorded

When you approve a preview or a deliverable, that approval is tied to your identity, your project ID, the exact approval statement you agreed to, the exact preview version you reviewed, and a timestamp. This record is what Fhullbring relies on to confirm what was approved and when.

Before you complete a Website Starter purchase, checkout will clearly show: $328 due today before tax ($299 setup fee plus your first $29 month), then $29/month afterward until you cancel, that cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and your explicit agreement to this Service Agreement, the Refund & Cancellation Policy, the Privacy Policy, recurring billing, and the domain terms above. None of this is buried only in a footer link.
