The service

SAM.gov Opportunity Monitor is a daily email digest of federal contract opportunities, filtered to the NAICS codes you select from our 7 monitored categories, with a plain-English summary and relevance analysis generated by Fhullbring for each listing. Every summary links back to the official SAM.gov notice.

Free trial

New subscribers start with a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start the trial, and you will not be charged automatically when it ends. To continue receiving the service after your trial, you must actively choose the $29/month paid plan — the trial does not convert to a paid subscription on its own.

Subscription and billing

The paid plan is $29/month, billed monthly starting when you choose to subscribe. Your subscription covers the daily digest for the NAICS categories you've selected; once you're subscribed, you'll be able to update your selected NAICS categories at any time using the secure preference link provided with the service.

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime. Your subscription continues through the end of your current paid billing period, and access to the digest ends after that. We don't generally prorate a partial billing period.

Accuracy of summaries

Summaries and relevance scores are generated by Fhullbring to help you triage opportunities quickly — they are a starting point, not a substitute for reading the official SAM.gov notice yourself. Always confirm details, deadlines, and requirements directly against the official posting and its amendments before acting on them.

Data retention and privacy requests

Non-paying trial records are retained 90 days after trial expiry, then deleted or minimized unless we need to keep them for abuse prevention, a dispute, suppression, or legal reasons. Paid subscriber service and account records are retained 24 months after service ends, then deleted or minimized unless we need to keep them longer. Billing and accounting records are retained 7 years or as legally required; Stripe remains the system of record for payments. Unsubscribe and suppression evidence is retained as long as needed to honor your opt-out. Routine application and audit logs are targeted for 12 months. Backups roll on a 30-day cycle, and deletions propagate as backups expire.

To exercise a privacy right, contact support@fhullbring.com. Fhullbring (Mario) is the accountable privacy owner for this Phase 1 rollout. We verify your identity before disclosing or deleting data, and we log and handle every request manually. Our internal target is to respond within 30 days, sooner where law requires it. Legal, accounting, suppression, fraud, and dispute records may be retained beyond a deletion request where necessary.
